All course materials, templates, and digital content are owned or licensed by Shapinegcx. You may use materials for personal or organisational learning but may not distribute them without written permission.

6. Licence to Use

We grant a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for learning purposes. This licence does not include resale, commercial exploitation, or derivative content creation without prior consent.

7. Community Conduct

We expect respectful engagement. Harassment, discriminatory language, or sharing confidential cohort information without consent is prohibited.

8. Payment & Billing

Programme fees, where applicable, must be paid according to invoices or agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of access.

9. Cancellations & Changes

Shapinegcx reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or content. We will communicate significant changes in a timely manner.

10. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by programme-specific terms provided at enrolment. Custom arrangements may be outlined in service agreements.

11. Third-Party Links

External links are provided for convenience. Shapinegcx is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party sites.

12. Limitation of Liability

Shapinegcx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable programme.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Shapinegcx against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

14. Governing Law & Updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. We may update terms periodically and will notify users of material changes through our platform or email.
